Ashley Dean Wilson has taught music keyboard and music composition to NE Tennessee area public, private and home-schooled children for 15 years. He also taught computer programming skills to children for over 18 years. The owner of Sound-Sculptures Studios (formerly NoteWorthy Productions), a local recording studio, Ashley is a composer whose first symphony was performed by the Johnson City Symphony in 1999. The winner of the "Most Talented" award in 1989,Ashley was invited to perform his compositions throughout the former USSR with International Arts for Peace. A Berklee College of Music and East Tennessee State University Alumnus, Ashley assists local and relocating BUYERS, specializing in Boone Lake homes and properties, first-time home buyers, new construction, multi-family investment properties, Corporate and Medical RELO's, and families with school-age children relocating to or within the Tri-Cities, TN area.

Catherine (Cathy) D. Blair was the Supervisor of Elementary Science, Math, and Health for Tampa, Florida schools, supervising 5,000 teachers, authoring curriculum books on the local and national level, and chairing million dollar grant writing projects for the district. A former Florida Teacher of the Year, MILKEN National Educator and Presidential Awardee, National Science Teacher of the Year, and Christa McAuliffe Fellow, Cathy "retired" to NE Tennessee and resides and teaches at Watauga Lake (Little Milligan School). Cathy assists retiring, relocating, transferring and local area BUYERS in her specialty areas: Watauga Lake, Carter and Johnson Counties, including Mountain City, Butler, and Hampton, TN. The ONLY Exclusive Buyer Agent in the Watauga Lake area, Cathy knows the area "like a native." Never listing properties herself, Cathy is the local expert in all available Watauga Lake properties, both listed and unlisted.

Dan Reynolds served over 20 years in the U.S. Air Force.  His tours of duty included 552ndAWACS CT Instructor, 7th ACCS Communications Supervisor, SR-71/U-2 Field TrainingDetachment Instructor.  He earned ‘The Air Medal’ five times, ‘Combat Readiness Medal’, ‘Humanitarian Service Medal’, the ‘Air Force Commendation Medal’ and the ‘Vietnam Service Medal w/bronze service star’ to name a few.  He earned two degrees while going to school at night in the Air Force, one in Instructional Technology, the other in Communications systems. 

Upon retiring from the USAF, Dan established a Computer Consulting firm in Sacramento, CA.  After building the business for several years, Dan sold it and in 2003 became a Realtor in Folsom, CA.  Longing to return home he moved back to Jonesborough in 2005. 

Dan has been actively licensed in Tennessee following his arrival and previously worked with both buyers and sellers.  His background in management, Teaching and Business Ownership enable Dan to provide superior service to his clients and also to help other agents become more efficient and productive.

Dan Reynolds has now chosen to be an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent who helps Buyers to find the property of their choice in Jonesborough, Johnson City and the surrounding Tri-Cities areas.  Actively licensed in both California and Tennessee he specializes in helping out-of-state buyers interested in purchasing property in our area.
